Hear a Story - Tell a Story is a unique, interactive, touch-screen kiosk under development by Tanks Arts Centre as a permanent keeping place for first-hand anecdotes, photographs and other digitised memorabilia for visitors to engage with.

It's a cyber-place where people can explore our rich history and hear personal stories from the people who remember the Tanks being built during WWII, to those who helped convert them into an arts centre in the early nineties and those who have enjoyed playing here.

Over the last couple of months we have gathered together what material we can find as a starting point for the collection. What makes this project unique, is the ease with which people can, on the spot, add their own memories, contribute photographs; tell their own stories.

The project has been assisted by Q150 and the Regional Arts Development Fund.
