We Pekin Dem - A Portrait of the African Child by Peter Lansana is an exhibition of charcoal drawings on paper. A collection of portraits of people who are close to the artist, the exhibition represents identity of self through depicting scenes which question his future; path and direction.

A striking use of black charcoal on the white paper, a very simple series communicating a powerful issue.
